Takahashi Minami announced her graduation from AKB48.
Takahashi Minami will leave the idol group on the 10th anniversary of AKB48 on December 8, 2015.
Yokoyama Yui has been appointed to be her successor as general manager.
These announcements were made during an event held to celebrate the
9th anniversary of AKB48 at their theater in Tokyo. More than 100
members participated in the live performance.
Kojima Haruna (AKB48) appeared in a new commercial for Peach John lingerie.
In the 2nd episode of a series titled #PJ_Girl Movie,
Kojima Haruna and models Maggie and Oya Kana have a party. They enjoy
taking pictures of themselves wearing sexy underwears and share the
selfies on the internet.
Babymetal Live at Budokan ~Red Night & Black Night Apocalypse~will be released on DVD and
Blu-ray on January 7, 2015.
Moreover, a live album by Babymetal titled Live at Budokan ~Red Night~will also be on sale at the same date in 2 editions.
This live album includes two sets of songs: one set sung at Nippon Budokan during the event Akai Yoru LEGEND “Kyodai Corset Matsuri” ~Tenkaichi Metal Budo kai Final~ held on March 1, 2014 and another sung in the same place during the event Kuroi Yoru LEGEND “DOOMSDAY” ~Shoukan no Gi~ held the following day on March 2. The idol group Momoiro Clover Z will collaborate with one of the greatest American rock bands : Indeed, this is KISS !
The Momoiro Clover Z and American hard rock legends KISS plan to
release a single duet by 28 January 2015. We don’y know yet the single
title. This announcement was made on November 17.
This is the first time for KISS to work with a Japanese artist. Their
single will be sold worldwide on iTunes Music Store in over 120
countries.
Two versions will be published : One rated “Momoiro Clover Z edition” and another one rated “KISS edition”.
Momoiro Clover Z and KISS will turn a music video and did a photo shoot for the single cover jacket in Las Vegas.
It was also announced that Momoiro Clover Z will attend at a last
show at Tokyo Dome of the KISS 40th Anniversary World tour. Momoclo also
plans to release three new singles consecutive latter half of 2015 and
this single is the first one.
The movie Moratorium Tamako (もらとりあむタマ子, Tamako in Moratorium) starring Maeda Atsuko will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on June 25.
Former AKB48 member Atsuko Maeda plays the role of Tamako, a girl who has just graduated from a university in Tokyo and who is back to her hometown of Kofu. Without a job, she spends her time eating, sleeping, reading manga, and playing video games instead of helping her father living alone with her…

Moratorium Tamako was premiered at the Busan International Film Festival in October 2013.
The movie was released in theaters in Japan on November 23, 2013.
The DVD and the Blu-ray include making-of footage, comments by Maeda Atsuko.
